Spring Break in Scottsdale
This past week we spent Spring Break in Scottsdale, Arizona. I loved having time off with my family and friends and that we were able to enjoy the warm weather. We booked this trip last minute which made booking flights and finding a hotel super difficult. We ended up staying at the Hyatt Regency. It was the only place that had availability for our whole family and I was not impressed. The service was average, we had issues with our reservation, and the pool was EXTREMELY crowded. Next time I will definitely stay at The Phoenician or the Four Seasons. I've had nothing but amazing experiences there. We ate at our favorite spot in Arizona, The Henry. The truffle fries are TO DIE FOR!! While on my work trip last month, my team and I discovered Maple & Ash. I'm not kidding when I say it's the best meal I've ever had so I knew I needed to go back with my hubby. We snuck away for a date night and Taylor loved it just as much as I did. We swam, ate good food, relaxed, shopped and had such a great time!
