    Please think twice before ordering …

    I am not happy with these leggings - they don’t look like the online picture and are very unattractive. When I tried to process a return I was told they are unreturnable and was not given an explanation why. I paid full price for them, I am returning them in the acceptable time frame and there was no mention of them not being able to be returned and refunded when I placed the order. No one is getting back to me to explain why this is and I have spent way too much time and $$ on a hideous pair of leggings. This is my first time ordering from IVL and it’s really a bummer. Will never order from you again.
