Holiday Return Policy Effective December 10, 2019: All regular priced items are available for refund or exchange within 30 days from receiving your order.
All Promotional Sale/Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
All returned items must have tags attached and be in their original saleable condition. Any items received with any stains/odors will be rejected. We cannot resell product that comes back in these conditions.
Items returned without authorization will be automatically rejected without freight being reimbursed.
Return for Refund
To return your regular priced items, you must email email@example.com to receive a return authorization. If you would like us to provide you with a shipping label, please note there is a $6.99 charge that will be deducted from your order refund. Please allow up to 14-21 business days for your authorized order to be refunded once your return package has been received and approved. You will receive an automatic email once you have been refunded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to generate return labels for International orders. International customers are responsible for shipping back their order once they have received a return authorization.
We offer free same-item exchanges to all orders within the US. Please follow the email instructions above and simply let us know what sizes you'd like to exchange for! We'll provide further details.
Loses & Damages
Damaged or faulty product must be claimed within 7 days once received in order to ensure proper handling. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and attach product images of the damage.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. We cannot refund lost or stolen items.
