All regular priced items are available for refund or exchange within 14 days from receiving your order.
All Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
All returned items must have tags attached and be in their original saleable condition. Any items received with any stains will be rejected. Items returned without authorization will be automatically rejected without freight being reimbursed.
Return for Refund
To return your regular priced items, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization form. If you would like us to provide you with a shipping label, please note there is a $6.99 charge that will be deducted from your order refund. Please allow up to 14-21 business days for your authorized order to be refunded once your return package has been received and approved. You will receive an automatic email once you have been refunded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to generate return labels for International orders. International customers are responsible for shipping back their order.
Due to the high demand and sell through of our items- we are currently not offering exchanges! If you ordered the wrong size, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for your correct sizes before we sell out!
Loses & Damages
Damaged or faulty product must be claimed within 7 days once received in order to ensure proper handling. Please email email@example.com and attach product images of the damage.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. We cannot refund lost or stolen items.
