Love this style of bra. Perfect for a run or hiit class. Not the best bra for any sort of mat work where you’ll be on your back, the knot in the back hurts to lay on! Had to size up, as I do in all IVL bras, because the band around the bottom of most of the bras are too tight in my regular size.
