Unfortunately, we do not offer maternity items at the moment. However, our fabrics are super stretchy, soft and high waisted. Emily would suggest sizing up according to the product's size chart and thinks they would be AMAZING for all the pregnant mamas out there.

You can only use one promotional code per order, at checkout. 

Unfortunately, once you checkout, and your order has been processed, we are not able to apply promotional codes to your order. All codes must be entered at the time of checkout. 

No, our gift cards are e-gift cards! They are sent electronically via email. Make sure you enter the correct recipients email at checkout so they can receive their e-gift card and it's redeeming instructions! 

Emily is wearing a size 4 in leggings, size 6 in bras, size 4 in tanks, size 4 in our jogger pants, and a size 6 in our sweatshirt. 

IVL took years to develop the absolute best, technical fabrics. Our Hydrasculpt fabric is a collagen-infused fabric combined with innovative features like UPF50+ protection, anti-static and antimicrobial elements, creates truly a one-of-a-kind product. Our fabrics are eco friendly by using recycled, and bio degradable materials. It is friendly on sensitive skin by using no chemical softeners. Also, IVL ensures to uphold ethical factory standards.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. This does not include your transit time. All shipping transit times are based off the order's address! Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. Order cut off time is Friday 1 pm MDT. 

Return Policy

You have 21 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order will be eligible for store credit only.

If you would like us to provide you with a shipping label, please note there is a $6.99 charge that will be deducted from your order refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, have original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. All items are subject to inspection.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Must provide pictures.

Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

All items with prices listed online ending in $ .99, are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance at contact@ivlcollective.com.

All returns must include order packing slip and original packaging poly bags.

When requesting a return for multiple orders, please submit a returns request for each order. 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We reserve the right to reject any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to generate return labels for International orders. International customers are responsible for shipping back their order once they have received a return authorization.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered to order's shipping address. We cannot refund lost of stolen items.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: 

All of Europe, Central America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico. 

Instead of paying flat rates, international customers pay the actual rate that USPS or Fedex assigns to the weight of a package based off your shipping address and carrier selection at checkout.

All international transit times are provided at the time of checkout. Please select the best shipping service for you. 

Please note, First-Class International Shipping does not include insurance. 

Customs fees/taxes are not shown at checkout and are not covered by IVL Collective.

Missing Package: If you believe your package is missing, we suggest waiting 24 hours before reaching out as in some cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to actual arrival.

If after 24 hours your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it we suggest you take the following measures

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation emailCheck outside for a notice of attempted delivery.Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package.Track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or if someone else accepted the delivery.Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mailAPO/FPO customers ONLY - Check your Military Base mailroom. (if applicable).

Note: For international orders check with your local postal office or customs office, as they may be holding the order for payment of customs fees. 

Refunds cannot be given for lost/stolen packages.
