Q: When will I receive my order? 

A: Your estimated order arrival is shown at checkout when you choose your shipping method. All shipping transit times are based off the order's address!


Q: I forgot to enter my promotional code at checkout. What can I do?

A: Unfortunately, once you checkout, and your order has been processed, we are not able to apply promotional codes to your order. All codes must be entered at the time of checkout. 


Q: The item I'm wanting is out of stock. How can i find out when it will be restocked?

A: You can sign up for an email notification! Simply go to the item you are wanting and enter your email to be notified when it comes back! 


Q: If i purchase a gift card, will i get it in the mail?

A: No, our gift cards are e-gift cards! They are sent electronically via email. Make sure you enter the correct email at checkout so you can receive your e-gift card and it's redeeming instructions!

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

IVL  offers Next Day shipping with a shipping charge of $30 and 2-Day expedited shipping with a shipping charge of $15 on domestic orders. 

Expedited orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends will ship the following business day.

Please note we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes for expedited shipping orders.

International Shipping

International shipping could take up to 15 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

IVL Collective has partnered with Boxzooka for International Shipping. 

Boxzooka provides all of our prices to be displayed in your local currency and displays your final total during Checkout inclusive of duties and taxes. Boxzooka also provides you with the advantage of a fast and economical international shipping network. 

When you place an international order, your transaction will be with Boxzooka, but IVL Collective will still be your contact for all your customer service needs.

International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin, or manufacturing, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that Boxzooka supports. In most cases, you will be required to pay these charges during checkout. 

When the charges are paid at Checkout, the order total (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed by Boxzooka and you agree to the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Import Terms and Conditions below.  

Boxzooka guarantees you will not be required to pay any additional Duty or Tax fees at the time of order delivery and you will receive your order much faster than if you did not prepay the duties and taxes.

All duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout. 

Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your package within 5-15 business days based on location. Please note we do not ship on weekends or US holidays. 

You will receive an order confirmation email from us after an order is placed. And once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to your international address.

We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to make the returns experience one more thing to love about IVL Collective. For all US orders, please visit our returns portal here to get started. You will need to enter your order number (all of our order numbers start with IVL) and the delivery zip code.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. 

IVL Collective reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

IVL Collective offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns and/or exchanges can be done to the Happy Returns Bar or by mail. 

Please note there is a $10 restocking fee per return which will be deducted from your refund. 


We partner with Happy Returns, to offer printer-free, packaging-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges.

Simply start your return online to receive a QR code, locate a Return Bar near you, bring in your items, and you’re good to go! Happy Returns has implemented a return item limit of 5. Any returns with 5 or more items, will not be accepted.

Return by MAIL 

If you choose to mail in your items, the cost of the shipping label ($10) will be deducted from your overall refund amount.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at any USPS location. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse in Nevada. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.


Once your item gets scanned in at a Returns Bar, your refund or store credit will be immediately processed. Store credits should be delivered almost instantaneously, but refunds to your original method of payment can take 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

For items being returned by mail please allow 7 business days for us to inspect and process the return once it is delivered. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.


IVL Collective offers free size exchanges on US domestic orders. There is no return shipping or restocking fee for size exchanges.

You will be able to specify what item(s) you are exchanging and will be able to print a shipping return label.

Once your exchange / return is prepared, you can drop it at any USPS location. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse in Nevada. Please allow up to 1 week for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.

Your exchange order will be placed in our system once your return is in transit and scanned by the carrier. You will receive a new order confirmation email and shipping notification email for your exchange order.


IVL Collective accepts International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
