No, our gift cards are e-gift cards! They are sent electronically via email. Make sure you enter the correct recipients email at checkout so they can receive their e-gift card and it's redeeming instructions! You can purchase an e-gift card here!
You will not receive points on the purchase of a gift card, although you will receive points for product purchases made with the redemption of the gift card.

Our fabrics are eco friendly by using recycled, and bio degradable materials. It is friendly on sensitive skin by using no chemical softeners. Also, IVL ensures to uphold ethical factory standards.
Every item has its own care instructions on it's description, but most of our items are no dry cleaning. Machine wash with like colors and tumble dry low. To make your items last longer, we advise to lay flat or hang to dry!
We do offer free shipping for all orders over $100! Please be sure to choose free shipping at checkout if your order subtotal is over $100.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. This does not include your transit time. All shipping transit times are based off the order's address! Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. Order cut off time is Friday 1 pm MDT.

We try to process your return as fast as possible! Once it's been delivered and processed by our team- you can receive your refund within 2-4 business days.
As soon as you place an exchange request, our system will automatically place an exchange order for you so you can get it within 2-3 business days! Make sure to send your return back within 7 days.
