The running guide has made running a marathon an attainable goal! Not only does it ease you into running but there are tips for warming up, strength training and nutrition throughout the guide that are SO useful! I love it!

I just finished my first week of the workout guide and I’ve loved it! The workouts are easy to follow and the pages print off great if you want a hard copy to look at. I’m excited to go through the whole program 🙌🏻
My sister and I started this workout together and it was a bit hard but totally worth it! We were a bit confused though because there wasn’t any specifics and we felt like there should’ve been a video provided instead of images. Overall, it’s pretty awesome!
