Q: As a busy mom, how do you prioritize taking care of yourself?

Working out everyday to help my sanity. I do it before my kids get home from school. My me time is exercise.

Hot lemon water first thing when I wake up.
Q: If you had to only do 1 kind of workout for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Hiit workout. Perfect combo of weights and cardio.

Diet Coke. I’m not a coffee drinker and never have been!

Q: What are 2 wellness routines that help you stay grounded when you're in a hurry?

When I want to relax or feel more grounded I usually throw on my favorite IVL, go on a run outside or do a quick workout while listening to Taylor Swift or a podcast.
Q: What is something you've never done before but want to try this year?

I started reformer Pilates and I want to continue that into the new year.
